摘 要:城市绿地有害生物管理是一个复杂的系统,其影响因素包括城市环境、绿地特征和有害生物及其管理等内容。以江苏省常州市城市绿地管理为研究对象,基于压力-状态-响应(Pressure-State-Response,PSR)框架模型搭建城市绿地有害生物风险防控管理的评估框架,依据自然灾害风险管理理论分析了有害生物防控的危险性和脆弱性,构建了目标层、准则层A、准则层B、指标层4个层次,包括压力指标、状态指标和响应指标三大类27个指标的评估体系,明确了各指标的量化评估方法,可为城市绿地有害生物预警防控管理提供参考依据。Harmful biological management in urgan green space is a complex system.Its influencing factors include the urban environment,the characteristics of the green space,and the harmful biological and its management.Taking urban space management of Changzhou City as the research object,this paper builds an assessment framework for urban green space pests and diseases on the Pressure–State–Response(PSR)framework model.And according the natural disaster risk management theory,the risk and vulnerability of pest prevention and control are classified.An evaluation index system with 4 layers has been constructed,including target layer,the criterion layer A,the criterion B,and the indicator layer.The indicator layer was consisted of 27 indicators in three categories including pressure indicators,state indicators and response indicators.The quantitative evaluation method of each indicator is clarified,which provides a reference for urban space pests and diseases management.
