摘 要:由于尾矿浆浓密技术是尾矿堆存和资源循环综合利用的关键环节,快速固液分离能够提高选矿水循环利用和尾矿堆存的生产效率。选取某铁矿尾矿浆为研究对象,采用几种絮凝剂进行了尾矿浆絮凝沉降实验,结果表明:聚丙烯酰胺(APAM-800)在提高尾矿浆沉降速率方面效果显著,聚合硫酸铁(PFS)在降低铁尾矿澄清液浊度方面效果较好。通过实验采用PFS和APAM-800配合使用,两种絮凝剂复配产生协同作用,可同时提高尾矿浆沉降速率,降低澄清液浊度。在最佳投配方案PFS 1.2g/L,APAM-800 0.2 g/L时,沉降速度24 mm/min,澄清液浊度17.8NTU,沉降速度的加快和澄清液浊度的降低,为实现尾矿浓密技术,尾水回用提供了质量保障,且具有较好的经济效益。Tailing slurry thickening technology is the key link in the comprehensive utilization of tailing storage and resource recycling.Rapid solid-liquid separation can improve the efficiency of water recycling and tailing storage.The tailing pulp of an iron mine was selected as the research object, and several flocculants were used to carry out the flocculation settlement experiment of tailing pulp. The experimental results show that APAM-800 has a significant effect on increasing the sedimentation rate of tailing slurry, and PFS has a good effect on reducing the turbidity of the clarifying fluid of iron tailings.In the experiment, PFS and APAM-800 were used together, and the synergistic effect of the two flocculants could simultaneously increase the sedimentation rate of tailing slurry and reduce the turbidity of clarified liquid.When the optimal mixing scheme PFS is 1.2 g/L and APAM-800 is 0.2 g/L, the settling speed is 24 mm/min and the turbidity of the clarified liquid is 17.8 NTU. The acceleration of the settling speed and the reduction of the turbidity of the clarified liquid provide quality assurance for the realization of tailing thickening technology and tail water reuse, and have good economic benefits.
