摘  要:针对丁腈医用手套生产废水水质水量波动性大、COD、TN浓度较高的情况,应用基于Engelbart SST工艺对其进行了处理,并验证了该工艺在水质波动较大情况下的处理效果与运行能耗。工程实践表明:该工艺表现出了良好的抗负荷冲击能力,在经济DO条件下运行,吨水能耗为0.24~0.33 kWh/m^(3)。出水水质稳定,满足排放限值要求。In view of the high fluctuation of water quality as well as quantity and the high concentration of COD and TN in the production wastewater of nitrile medical gloves, Engelbart SST process is applied to treat it, and the treatment effect and operation energy consumption of this process under the condition of large fluctuation of water quality are verified. The engineering practice shows that the process shows good resistance to load impact. Under the economic DO conditions, the energy consumption per ton of water is 0.24~0.33 kWh/m^(3). The effluent quality is stable and meets the discharge limit requirements.
