某交通服务区场地土壤环境调查与评价实例分析

摘  要:为了对南方某服务区(扣除正在运行的加油站部分)进行土壤调查和评价,在调查地块内共布置了22个采样点,采集130组土壤样品,分析了pH值、含水率、8种重金属、石油烃(C_(10)-C_(40))、27种挥发性有机物和15种半挥发性有机物。结果表明:调查地块22个点位土壤样品监测结果均低于风险筛选值,表明场地内土壤污染健康风险可接受,场地土壤可结束调查。此外,场地1S6土壤监测点3.7 m处,石油烃(C_(10)-C_(40))含量为1260 mg/kg,超过《土壤环境质量建设用地土壤风险管控标准》(GB36600-2018)第一类用地筛选值,需管控土壤方量为2112 m^(3),研究结果可为该场地的未来开发利用提供参考,对同类型急需开发地块场地调查提供借鉴。In order to investigate and evaluate soil pollution of a service area in the south(excluding the part of gas stations in operation),a total of 22 sampling sites were arranged in the survey plot.130 groups of soil samples were collected and analyzed for pH,moisture content,8 heavy metals,Petroleum Hydrocarbons(C_(10)-C_(40)),27 volatile organic compounds and 15 semi-volatile organic compounds.The results showed that the monitoring results of soil samples at 22 sites were all lower than the risk screening value,which indicated that the health risk of soil pollution in the site was acceptable and the site soil investigation could be completed.In addition,the content of petroleum hydrocarbon(C_(10)-C_(40))was 1260 mg/kg at 3.7 meters of the soil monitoring site 1S6 in the site Exceeding Soil Environmental Quality Construction Land Soil Risk Control Standard(GB36600-2018)Type I land use screening value.The amount of soil which needs to be controlled is 2112 m^(3).The research results can provide reference for the future development and utilization of this site,and provide reference for the investigation of the same type of land in urgent need of development.
