摘 要:研究了3KA稀土电解槽极间距的改变对颗粒运动的影响。极间距增大,阴阳极之间的流场旋涡强度逐渐减弱,流场的卷吸作用强度变弱。阳极表面的气体主要分布于x轴坐标90~100 mm这一狭小的区域内。通过对极间距为25 mm,50 mm,75 mm,100 mm,115 mm五种工况的模拟,发现极间距越大,颗粒临界粒径越小,颗粒运动的距离变化不大,但轨迹相似,呈现半弧形运动。通过对不同工况极间距的模拟,得出了75 mm为最优工况的极间距、临界粒径为1.9 mm,最有利于熔解下料过程中的颗粒,减少槽体底部结瘤的生成。In this paper,the influence of the changes of the pole spacing of the 3 KA rare earth electrolytic cell on the particle movement is studied.When the pole spacing increasing,the vortex strength of the flow field between the cathode and anode is gradually weaken,and the entrainment strength of the flow field becomes weaker.The gas on the anode surface is mainly distributed in a narrow area of 90~100 mm on the x-axis coordinate.Through the simulation of five working conditions with pole spacings of 25 mm,50 mm,75 mm,100 mm and 115 mm,it is found that the larger the polar spacing is,the smaller the particle size of the particles is;It is found that the movement distance of the particles does not change much but the trajectory is similar,showing semi-arc motion.Through the simulation of the electrode spacing under different working conditions,it is concluded that the electrode spacing of 75 mm is the optimal working condition and the critical particle size is 1.9 mm,which is most conducive to melting the particles in the blanking process and reducing the formation of nodules at the bottom of the tank.
