摘  要:本研究用盐酸水解微晶纤维素制备了纤维素纳米晶(CNC),以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,CNC为模板,在酸性条件下通过溶胶-凝胶反应制备纤维素纳米晶-纳米氧化硅复合物CNC-SiO_(2)0.200,并用红外光谱、X-射线衍射和热重分析法对其进行了表征。用0.020 g CNC-SiO_(2)0.200对50 mL、pH值为9的150 mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液进行吸附,吸附时间为120 min时,吸附量和脱色率分别达到81.4 mg/g和46.1%。吸附过程符合Langmuir单分子层吸附模型,用该模型确定的最大吸附量达476.2 mg/g。该吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,吸附速率常数为0.4248 g/(mg·min)。CNC-SiO_(2)0.200作为一种高效亚甲基蓝吸附剂,为染料废水的处理与净化提供了新方案。Cellulose nanocrystal(CNC)was prepared by hydrochloric acid hydrolysis of microcrystalline cellulose.Cellulose nanocrystal-nanosilica complex,named as CNC-SiO_(2)0.200,was prepared by sol-gel reaction under acidic condition using tetraethyl orthosilicate as silicon source and CNC as template.The complex was characterized by infrared spectrum,X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric method.50 mL,150 mg/L methylene blue solution of pH 9 was adsorbed with 0.020 g CNC-SiO_(2)0.200 for 120 min,the adsorption quality and decolorization were arrived to 81.35 mg/g and 46.1%,respectively.The adsorption process conforms to the Langmuir monolayer adsorption model,by this model the maximum adsorption quality reached 476.2 mg/g.The adsorption process followed the pseudo-second-order kinetic model,adsorption rate constant was 0.4248 g/(mg·min).Being as an effective methylene blue adsorbent,CNC-SiO_(2)0.200 provided us with a new idea of treatment and purification of dye wastewater.
