摘  要:以紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)与无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis L.)为研究对象,按单播和混播的播种方式,通过设置4种不同干旱-复水模式:最佳灌水(CK)、最佳灌水-中度干旱(处理Ⅰ)、中度干旱(处理Ⅱ)和中度干旱-最佳灌水(处理Ⅲ)。结果表明,与CK相比,处理Ⅰ和处理Ⅱ中紫花苜蓿和无芒雀麦的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)和水分利用效率(WUE)显著降低(P<0.05),而脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性蛋白(SP)和可溶性糖(SS)含量显著增加(P<0.05),处理Ⅲ与CK差异不显著(P>0.05)。与单播相比,混播下无芒雀麦的Pn、Gs、WUE、Pro和SS含量增加,而混播下紫花苜蓿WUE、Pro、SS和SP含量增加。该研究表明中度干旱后复水紫花苜蓿和无芒雀麦的光合效率和渗透调节物质增加,且混播下牧草应对干旱胁迫的能力提升。In order to explore the effects of different drought-rehydration patterns on the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of alfalfa and smooth bromegrass in mono-culture and mixed-culture,this study used alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)and smooth bromegrass(Bromus inermis L.)in mono-culture and mixed-culture with four different drought-rehydration modes,namely,optimal irrigation(CK),optimal irrigation-moderate drought(TreatmentⅠ),moderate drought(TreatmentⅡ)and moderate drought-optimal irrigation(TreatmentⅢ)according to the sowing methods of unicast and multicast sowing methods.The results showed that compared with CK,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductivity(Gs)and water use efficiency(WUE)of alfalfa and smooth bromegrass were significantly reduced under treatmentⅠand treatmentⅡ(P<0.05),while the contents of proline(Pro),soluble protein(SP)and soluble sugar(SS)were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the difference between treatmentⅢand CK was not significant(P>0.05).Compared with unicast,the Pn,Gs,WUE,Pro and SS content of smooth bromegrass was increased under mixed sowing,while the content of WUE,Pro,SS and SP of alfalfa was increased under mixed sowing.The finding showed that the photosynthetic efficiency and osmotic regulatory substances of rehydrated alfalfa and smooth bromegrass without argon after moderate drought increased,and the ability of forage to cope with drought stress was enhanced by mixed sowing.
