摘 要:为明确新疆杨树(Populus sp.)和柳树(Salix sp.)腐烂病菌的生物学特性,对来自新疆杨树和柳树的13种壳囊孢属(Cytospora spp.)真菌的菌落颜色、菌落边缘形状及培养20 d后子实体的有无进行观察记录,同时测试了不同代表菌株对温度、pH值、光照的适应性及碳氮源利用试验。结果表明,基于菌落颜色、菌落边缘形状及子实体有无,将13种壳囊孢属真菌划分为7个形态学类群;大多数菌株的最适生长温度为25℃,最适pH值为6,光照可明显促进菌丝的生长;菌丝生长的最适碳氮源分别为葡萄糖和酵母膏。In order to clarify the biological characteristics of canker disease on Poplus and Salix in Xinjiang,the colony color,colony edge traits and sporulation of 13 species of Cytospora on Poplus and Salix in Xinjiang were observed and recorded.At the same time,the temperature,pH,illumination and carbon and nitrogen source utilization were tested.The results showed that 13 species of Cytospora from Poplus and Salix were divided into 7 morphological groups based on colony color,colony edge traits and sporulation on the 20th day.The optimum growth temperature was 25℃,and the optimum pH for mycelial growth was 6.Illumination could significantly promote mycelial growth.The optimum carbon and nitrogen sources for mycelial growth are glucose and yeast extract respectively.
