摘　　要：体教深度融合、是重建新时代体教关系的价值取向,更是促进体教双方责任共担、资源共享、人才共育、成果共有的有效途径。基于此,文章以共生理论分析为指导,认为体教融合主体间存在共生理念淡薄、共生单元同质、共生模式固化、共生环境欠佳等弱势表征,限制了体教融合深度发展;通过共生理念认同、共生单元互动、共生模式进化、共生环境匹配等方面的探究,构筑了以价值导向为前提、组织形式为基础、演化方式为关键、调控治理为保障的“四维一体”体教深度融合共生机制;进而提出强化共生发展理念、提升共生单元能量、优化共生模式路径、营造正向共生环境,赋能新时代体教双方形成一体化互惠共生的有效进路,助力于体教融合高质量发展。The deep integration of sports and education is not only the value orientation of rebuilding the relationship between sports and education in the new era,but also an effective way to promote the sharing of responsibilities,resources,talents and achievements between sports and education.Based on the analysis of symbiosis theory,the article believes that the four real situations existing among the subjects of sports and education:weak concept of symbiosis,homogeneous symbiosis unit,solidified symbiosis mode,and poor symbiosis environment.which limit the in-depth development of the integration of sports and education.Through the exploration of concept identification,unit interaction,model evolution and environment matching,a“four-dimensional integration”symbiotic mechanism of sports and education is constructed,which takes value orientation as the premise,organizational form as the basis,evolution mode as the key and regulation and governance as the guarantee;and puts forward to strengthen the concept of symbiotic development,enhance the energy of symbiotic units,optimize the path of symbiotic model and create a positive symbiotic environment,Enable both sides of sports and education to form an effective approach of integration,mutual benefit and symbiosis,and help the integration and high-quality development of sports and education.
