摘  要:为筛选出促进新麦草(Psathyrostachys juncea)种子快速萌发的处理方法,本试验以刚采集的新麦草种子为材料,采用晒种、浸种、生长调节剂和自然贮藏的方式分别对新麦草种子进行处理,分别以未晒种、未浸种处理为对照(CK)、添加生长调节剂处理的种子以清水处理为对照(CK1)、以0 d贮藏时间为对照(CK2),研究各处理方式对新麦草种子萌发的影响。结果表明,晒种和浸种时间分别为12、20 h时,发芽率分别为91.67%、95.00%,均较CK显著提高12.34%、15.67%(P<0.05);生长调节剂中胺鲜脂(DA-6)浓度为50 mg/L时,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数分别为95.33%、93.33%、28.95、369.78,分别较CK1增加2.66%、16.33%、1.76倍、1.53倍(P<0.05),芸苔素内酯浓度为100 mg/L时,发芽率为94.00%,其发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数较CK1显著提高(P<0.05);随着贮藏时间达到60 d,发芽率为87.67%,其发芽指标均较CK2显著提高(P<0.05)。以50 mg/L的DA-6处理种子后萌发效果优于芸苔素内酯、晒种、浸种、贮藏处理,其发芽率最高。In order to screen out the treatment methods to promote the rapid germination of Psathyrostachys juncea,the newly collected Psathyrostachys juncea seeds were treated by seed sun drying,seed soaking,growth regulator and seed natural storage.The seeds without sun drying and soaking were used as the control(CK),and the seeds treated with growth regulator and water as the control(CK1),the seeds with the storage time of 0 days as the control(CK2)to study the effects of different treatments on the germination of Psathyrostachys juncea.The results showed that the germination rates were 91.67%and 95.00%when the seed sun drying and seed soaking time were 12 h and 20 h long,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of CK(P<0.05)by 12.34%and 15.67%;When the concentration of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(DA-6)in the growth regulator was 50 mg/L,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vitality index reached 95.33%,93.33%,28.95 and 369.78,respectively,which were significantly increased by 2.66%,16.33%,1.76 and 1.53 times compared with CK1(P<0.05).When the concentration of Brassica lactone was 100 mg/L,the germination rate was 94.00%,and the germination potential,germination index and vitality index were significantly higher than CK1(P<0.05);With the storage time reaching 60 days,the germination rate was 87.67%,and its germination indexes were significantly higher than that of CK2(P<0.05).In conclusion,the germination effect of seeds treated with 50 mg/L concentration of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(DA-6)was better than those treated by brassinolide,sun seed drying,seed soaking and storage,and its germination rate was the highest.
