丁香假单胞菌对棉铃虫不同虫态生长发育及其抗寒能力的影响

摘  要:以丁香假单胞菌(Pseudomonas syringae)悬浮液处理不同龄期棉铃虫(Helicoverpa armigera Hübner)幼虫,测定该菌ATCC19304株对棉铃虫幼虫发育历期及低温生存率,分析丁香假单胞菌对棉铃虫幼虫的致病性及其抗寒能力的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,经丁香假单胞菌悬浮液处理2龄、3龄、4龄、5龄期棉铃虫幼虫,可使其幼虫期分别延长2.04、2.44、2.10和0.87 d,蛹历期分别延长了5.60、6.36、5.01、3.60 d,蛹重与对照组相比分别减少了41.8、46.8、34.0、14.6 mg,蛹的过冷却点分别提高了7.93、6.91、6.52、4.95℃,冰点分别提高了4.42、4.36、3.71、3.21℃,幼虫生存率降低约18%,化蛹率降低约20%,最终导致该虫在-15、-20℃的低温生存时间分别缩短了96.0、5.1 h。丁香假单胞菌ATCC19304株有抑制棉铃虫生长发育的作用,同时降低其抗寒性。The larvae of Helicoverpa armigera Hübner at different instars were treated with Pseudomonas syringae suspension and its effects on the pathogenicity and cold resistance of cotton bollworm larvae at different instars and low temperature survival rate were observed.The results showed that the larval and pupal stages of different instars of cotton bollworm were prolonged by 2.04 d,2.44 d,2.10 d and 0.87 d in the 2nd instar,3rd instar,4th instar and 5th instar respectively;the pupal duration was prolonged by 5.60 d,6.36 d,5.01 d and 3.60 d,respectively,and the pupal weight was reduced by 41.8 mg,46.8 mg,34.0 mg and 14.6 mg,respectively compared with the control group.In addition,the larval survival rate and pupation rate of pseudomonas syringae treated were 18% and 20% lower than those of the control group.These results indicated that Pseudomonas syringae had certain inhibitory effect on insect growth and development;the supercooling points of the pupae were increased by 7.93℃,6.91℃,6.52℃ and 4.95℃,respectively,and the freezing points were increased by 4.42℃,4.36℃,3.71℃ and 3.21℃,respectively,after diapause induction by Pseudomonas syringae at the 2nd,3rd,4th and 5th instars,respectively.The survival time at-15℃ and-20℃ decreased by 96.0 h and 5.1 h,respectively.These findings indicated that Pseudomonas syringae had certain effects on the growth and development of cotton bollworm and meanwhile reduced its cold resistance.
