摘  要:为探明不同钠盐胁迫对刺槐种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,本试验采用不同浓度中性盐(NaCl和Na_(2)SO_(4))、碱性盐(Na_(2)CO_(3))以及混合盐(NaCl+Na_(2)CO_(3))对种子进行处理,研究不同钠盐胁迫对种子发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、鲜重、幼苗根长和苗高以及相对盐害率的影响。结果表明,随着钠盐浓度增加,刺槐种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、鲜重、相对盐害率以及幼苗根长和苗长均呈先升后降的趋势,但发芽势呈逐渐下降的趋势,种子适合在低浓度钠盐(Na+浓度为0~25 mmol/L)环境中萌发。高浓度钠盐胁迫显著抑制种子萌发,对幼苗生长有一定影响,不同种类钠盐对种子萌发影响程度不同。种子在中性盐中的耐盐性高于碱性盐和混合盐,在两种中性盐中的相对盐害率最大值分别为73.91%、52.17%,后者均为100%。种子在NaCl、Na_(2)SO_(4)和Na_(2)CO_(3)处理下的最大发芽率分别为73.69%、74.5%、66.54%,在中性盐与碱性盐处理下差异显著,更适合在中性盐环境中生存。种子在不同钠盐中的极限耐盐值存在差异,在碱性盐和混合盐中的极限耐盐值分别出现在浓度为75 mmol/L、150 mmol/L时,在中性盐未出现极限耐盐值,不同钠盐胁迫对种子萌发的抑制程度为:Na_(2)CO_(3)>NaCl+Na_(2)CO_(3)>NaCl>Na_(2)SO_(4),种子更适合在低浓度的中性钠盐环境中萌发,在种植刺槐时须根据土壤盐含量和盐种类选择播种。In order to investigate the effects of different sodium salts on seed germination and seedling growth of Robinia pseudoacacia seeds,different concentrations of medium salts were used in this experiment NaCl and Na_(2)SO_(4),alkaline salt(Na_(2)CO_(3)) and mixed salt(NaCl+Na_(2)CO_(3)) were used to treat seeds,and the effects of different sodium salt stress on seed germination rate,germination potential,vigor index,fresh weight,seedling root length and seedling height,and relative salt damage rate were studied.The results showed that the germination percentage,germination index,vigor index,fresh weight,relative salt damage rate,root length and seedling length of seedlings increased first and then decreased with the increase of different sodium salt concentration,but the germination potential gradually decreased.The seeds were suitable for germination in low sodium concentration(Na+concentration ranged from 0 to 25 mmol/L)environment.High concentration of sodium salt stress significantly inhibited seed germination and had a certain effect on seedling growth.Different kinds of sodium salts had different effects on seed germination.The salt tolerance of seeds in neutral salt was higher than that of basic salt and mixed salt.The maximum salt damage rate of seeds in two kinds of neutral salt was 73.91%,52.17%,and the latter was 100%.The maximum germination rates of seeds under NaCl,Na_(2)SO_(4) and Na_(2)CO_(3) treatments were 73.69%,74.5%and 66.54%,respectively,which were significantly different between neutral salt and alkaline salt treatments,and were more suitable for survival in neutral salt environment..There were differences for the limit of seeds in different sodium salts inspect of salt tolerance values.The limit salt tolerance values of basic salt and mixed salt appeared at the concentrations of 75 mmol/L and 150 mmol/L,respectively,but there was no limit salt tolerance value in neutral salt.The inhibition degree of different sodium salt stress on seed germination was:Na_(2)CO_(3)>NaCl+Na_(2)CO_(3)>NaCl>Na_(2
