摘  要:为筛选耐老化玉米品种,本研究采用高温高湿法对44份玉米杂交种进行老化胁迫。结果表明,不同玉米种子经老化胁迫后,发芽指标均呈现不同程度下降,存在较为明显的遗传差异,老化后的发芽势和发芽率平均值分别为65%和77%,比对照分别降低了6%和18%,相对发芽势变异幅度为9%~98%,平均为75%,相对发芽率变异幅度为13%~100%,平均为81%。筛选出先玉335、吉禹619、金园15、必祥809、富民105等5份耐老化玉米杂交种。In this study,Forty-four maize hybrids were subjected to aging stress using the method of high temperature and humidity,and aging resistant maize varieties were screened.The results showed that the germination indexes of different maize seeds decreased to varying degrees after aging stress,and there were obvious genetic differences.The average germination vigor and germination rate after aging were 65%and 77%,respectively,which were 6%and 18%lower than the control,respectively.The relative germination vigor variation range was from 9%to 98%,with an average of 75%,and the relative germination rate variation range was from 13%to 100%,with an average of 81%.Based on the comprehensive analysis results,5 anti-aging maize hybrids were screened out,including Xianyu 335,Jiyu 619,Jinyuan 15,Bixiang 809 and Fumin 105.
