摘  要:为探讨微塑料对农作物生态毒理效应,研究了两种粒径(0.1μm和5μm)聚苯乙烯微塑料(PS-MPs)在6个浓度梯度(0、10、50、100、200、400、600 mg/L)下对酒用高粱品种“红樱子”种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,两种粒径PS-MPs对种子发芽率均无影响;对种子活力指标(发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数)有影响,但差异不显著;5μm PS-MPs高浓度(400 mg/L和600 mg/L)会显著缩短种子平均发芽时间。粒径0.1μm和5μm的PS-MPs对根长、芽长的影响总体随着浓度升高呈先升后降的规律,0.1μm PS-MPs处理后能显著促进根长、芽长生长,5μm PS-MPs对根长、芽长的生长无显著性影响;粒径0.1μm和5μm PS-MPs对幼苗生物量影响差异不显著。研究表明,PS-MPs对试验种子的萌发无影响,粒径0.1μm PS-MPs处理时能显著促进根长、芽长生长。The influences of polystyrene microplastics(PS-MPs)with two particle sizes(0.1μm and 5μm)on Hongyingzi sorghum seed germination and seedling growth were studied to explore the ecotoxicological effects of microplastics on crops.PS-MPs concentrations was designed with 0,10,50,100,200 and 400,600 mg/L.The results showed that PSNPs(0.1μm and 5μm)had no significant effect on the germination rate,and the effect on seed vigor indexes such as germination potential,germination indexes,vigor indexes was different without significant difference,high concentration(400 mg/L and 600 mg/L)of 5μm PS-MPs could significantly shorten the average germination time.The effect on the root length and bud length of Hongyingzi sorghum treated by PS-MPs(0.1μm and 5μm)generally increased first and then decreased with the change of concentration,0.1μm PS-MPs had significant promoting effect on root length and bud length,while 5μm PS-MPs showed no significant.0.1μm and 5μm had no significant effect on the dry weight of seedlings.In conclusion,PS-MPS had no effect on seed germination,but treatment with 0.1μm PS-MPs could significantly promote the growth of root length and shoot length.
