摘 要:为提高沥青低温抗开裂性能,设计合成了5种不同结构的1,2-环己烷二甲酸酯增塑剂,通过三大指标测试和弯曲梁流变实验考察了它们改性沥青的性能。结果表明,5种增塑剂都使沥青的针入度提高,软化点基本不变,延度增加,蠕变劲度降低,蠕变速率提高。带醚链增塑剂比不带醚链增塑剂对沥青针入度提高幅度较小,并赋予沥青更好的低温抗开裂性能。醚链长度对醚链增塑剂的改性效果也有较大影响。1,2-环己烷二甲酸二(二乙二醇乙醚)酯对沥青针入度仅提高15.4%,而延度提高了208.8%,其改性沥青也具有较好的抗开裂性能。In order to improve the low temperature anti-cracking property of asphalt,five 1,2-cyclohexanedicarboxylate plasticizers with different structures were synthesized,and their properties of modifying asphalt were investigated by three index tests and bending beam rheological experiment.It is found that the five plasticizers can increase the penetration of the asphalt,while the softening point is basically unchanged.The ductility increases,and the creep stiffness decreases while the creep rate increases.Compared with those without ether chain,the plasticizers with ether chain have a smaller increase in the penetration of asphalt,and endow the asphalts with better low-temperature anti-cracking property.The ether chain length also has a great influence on the modification effect for the plasticizer.1,2-Cyclohexanedicarboxylate bis(diethylene glycol ethyl ether)ester increased the penetration of asphalt by merely 15.4%,while the ductility increased by 208.8%.The asphalt modified by 1,2-cyclohexanedicarboxylate bis(diethylene glycol ethyl ether)ester has the best anti-cracking performance.
