摘　　要：人民史诗是百年来中国共产党党员作家及其同路人作家们创造的特有的文学审美范式和经验,鲜明的崇高价值与历史底色是其总体特征,曾为实现民族独立、人民解放和国家富强提供了价值引导力、文化凝聚力和精神推动力。人民史诗具有时代性、英雄性和崇高性等鲜明特征,在为时代立心、为人民歌唱中构建了清新质朴、刚健有力的艺术品格。新时代人民史诗的书写,应当跟上时代的精品力作开拓文艺新境界,要在守正创新中重塑人民史诗的崇高价值。要树立大历史观,把握时代发展大势;执守人民立场,塑造新时代英雄新形象;构筑崇高价值高地,彰显理想主义精神。The people's epic is a unique literary and aesthetic paradigm as well as experience created by writers who are members of the Communist Party of China and their fellow writers over the past one hundred years.The distinctive noble values and historical undertones are its general characteristics,which have provided value guidance,cultural cohesion and spiritual impetus for achieving national independence,people's liberation and national prosperity.The people's epic has distinctive characteristics of being contemporary,heroic and sublime,and has built a fresh,simple,robust and powerful artistic character in establishing the heart for the times and singing for the people.The writing of the people's epic in the new era should open up a new realm of literature and art with fine works that keep up with the times and reshape the lofty value of the people's epic in keeping the righteousness and innovation;at the same time,it should also establish a large historical perspective,grasp the development of the times,adhere to the people's position,shaping a new image of the heroes of the new era,and build a high value plateau,highlighting the spirit of idealism.
