摘 要:通过试验方法研究了低温环境对汽车油耗和排放污染物的变化规律,探究低温环境对油耗及排放的影响机制,并分析了整车行驶阻力、整车电耗、怠速油耗、暖机过程对油耗的影响。试验结果表明:低温环境下,油耗变化量相对常温热机工况增加10%~30%,排放变化量相对常温热机工况增加79%~21376%;环境温度越低,克服阻力做功越大,发电机电耗量越大,怠速油耗量越大,暖机时间越长,对油耗的影响越多;当环境温度低于10℃时,环境温度每降低5℃时综合工况油耗升高0.002~0.003 L/km。The change law of low temperature environment on vehicle fuel consumption and emission pollutants was studied by test method,the influence mechanism of low temperature environment on fuel consumption and emission was explored,and the influence of vehicle driving resistance,vehicle power consumption,idle fuel consumption and heating process on fuel consumption was analyzed.The test results show that under low temperature environment,the change of fuel consumption increases by 10%~30%compared with the normal temperature heat engine working condition,and the change of emission increases by 79%~21376%compared with the normal temperature heat engine working condition.The lower the ambient temperature,the greater the work done to overcome the resistance,the greater the power consumption of the generator,the greater the idle oil consumption,and the longer the heating time,the more the impact on the oil consumption.When the ambient temperature is lower than 10℃,the fuel consumption under comprehensive working conditions increases by 0.002~0.003 L/km for every 5℃decrease in the ambient temperature.
