摘 要:针对胎压异常监测问题,在控制器局域网络(controller area network,CAN)总线的基础上提出一种胎压监测系统的设计思路。阐述了系统关键硬件模块如主控单片机的选择、监测模块的设计、无线收发模块的设计、CAN通信模块的设计等方案。该方案达到驾驶员可以通过仪表盘实时获取各轮胎气压与温度的目的,并提前预判车辆轮胎状况,从而避免交通事故的发生。Aiming at the abnormal problem of tire pressure monitoring,a design idea of tire pressure monitoring system was put forward based on controller area network(CAN)bus.The schemes of key hardware modules of the system were expounded,such as the selection of the main control single chip microcomputer,the design of the monitoring module,the design of the wireless transceiver module and the design of the CAN communication module.This scheme achieves the purpose that the driver can obtain the tire pressure and temperature in real time through the instrument panel,and predict the tire condition of the vehicle in advance,so as to avoid traffic accidents.
