摘 要:对换挡执行机构硬件结构进行分析,基于机构工作原理,将转矩载荷转化为弹性轴的应变。通过应变片搭建测量系统并完成系统标定。将测量系统搭载到整车,通过车辆试验实现电动换挡执行机构的动态换挡过程测量。该测量系统能够有效弥补现有计算过程的不足,对优化控制标定过程具有一定应用价值。The hardware structure of gear actuator was analyzed.Based on the working principle of the mechanism,the torque load was transformed into the strain of elastic shaft.The measurement system was built through the strain gauge and the system calibration was completed.The measurement system was carried into vehicle,and the dynamic shift process measurement of the electric gear actuator was realized through the vehicle test.The measurement system can effectively make up for the shortcomings of the existing calculation process,and has a certain application value for optimizing the control and calibration process.
