摘 要:通过卫星对地观测不仅是为对星球有科学的认识,更是为统筹利用各项资源。地球测量技术迅速发展,卫星投资建设的主体也明显发生转变。对国际上空间技术强国的地球观测卫星进行调查,归纳出世界航天科技发展趋势基本是由各个国家主导向国家和企业共同推进演化,星地协同、智能化、大众化成为关键技术突破的新趋势。Earth observation through satellites is not only for scientific understanding of the stars but also for the overall utilization of various resources.With the rapid development of geo survey technology in recent years,the main body of satellite investment and construction has changed.Based on the investigation of earth observation satellites of international space technology powers,this paper concludes that the development trend of space science and technology in the world is basically from the dominance of various countries to the joint advancement of governments and enterprises.The of space-earth coordination,intelligence and popularization have become the new trend of critical technology breakthrough.
