摘 要:铁路信号专业TDCS/CTC系统是直接服务于铁路运输生产的重要业务系统,TDCS/CTC系统组网电路是由铁路传输网承载的重要通道,在维护传输网承载的TDCS/CTC业务电路过程中,根据传输资源现状进行电路倒接优化是一项重要工作。针对TDCS电路倒接工作引起TDCS终端监控失效的典型案例展开分析,讨论在电路优化过程中存在的安全隐患,通过倒接前及倒接过程中通信及信号专业施工人员联合进行业务验证,由信号专业指定路由器路由指向,使路由指向避免选择待倒接的电路区间,确保TDCS终端实现正常切换,TDCS系统运行安全稳定,实现服务运输生产的目标。Railway TDCS/CTC system is an important business system that directly serves the railway transportation.TDCS/CTC system networking circuits is the important channels carried by the railway transmission network.In the process of maintaining the TDCS/CTC service circuit carried by the transmission network,it is an important work to optimize the circuit switching according to the current situation of transmission resources.This paper analyzes the typical cases of TDCS terminal monitoring failure caused by the switching of TDCS circuits,discusses the hidden security problems that exist in the process of circuit optimization.The communication and signal construction personnel jointly conducts the service verification before and during the switching,and the signal construction personnel specifies the route pointing of router,so as to avoid selecting the circuit section to be switched,to ensure the normal switching of TDCS terminals,safe and stable operation of TDCS system,and to achieve the goal of service transportation.
