摘 要:以长江中上游89个市(州)为研究对象,利用土地市场化测算模型测算2005—2019年各市(州)的土地市场化水平,并结合空间自相关分析、地理探测器等空间分析方法来揭示土地市场化水平的时空演变特征及其影响因素,结果表明:2005—2019年,长江中上游地区土地市场化水平呈现出“上升-下降-上升”的变化趋势,呈现出“中游高、上游低”的空间格局;长江中上游地区土地市场化水平具有明显的空间分异特征,土地市场化水平呈现明显的高-低集聚特征,高-高集聚区域由江西省的大部分地区逐渐向湖北的态势演变;低-低集聚区域沿着云南—四川、贵州—云南演变;土地市场化水平受到多因素的共同驱动,经济发展水平、外商投资、财政收入、固定资产投资、二三产业结构都是影响长江中上游土地市场化水平的重要因素,随着时间推移,各因素影响程度明显增强。Taking 89 prefectures and cities in the middle and upper Yangtze River as the research object,the land marketization level of each prefecture and city from 2005 to 2019 was measured by using the land marketization measurement model,and the spatial analysis methods such as spatial autocorrelation analysis and geographic detectors were combined to reveal the space-time evolution characteristics of the land marketization level and its influencing factors.The results show that:From 2005 to 2019,The level of land marketization in the middle and upper Yangtze River shows a changing trend of "rising-falling-rising",showing a spatial pattern of "high in the middle reaches and low in the upper reaches";The level of land marketization in the middle and upper Yangtze River has obvious characteristics of spatial differentiation.The level of land marketization presents obvious characteristics of high-low agglomeration.The high-high agglomeration area gradually evolves from most areas of Jiangxi Province to Hubei Province;The low-low agglomeration area evolves along Yunnan Sichuan and Guizhou Yunnan;The level of land marketization is driven by many factors.The level of economic development,foreign investment,fiscal revenue,fixed asset investment,and the structure of secondary and tertiary industries are all important factors affecting the level of land marketization in the middle and upper Yangtze River.With the passage of time,the impact of all factors has become significantly stronger.
