摘 要:对含27.27%Al、2.31%Cu(质量分数)的ZA27锌合金进行了320~380℃保温1.5 h水冷的固溶处理及固溶处理后于125℃保温1 h的时效处理,随后检测了合金的组织和力学性能,以揭示固溶温度对合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着固溶温度的增加,固溶处理及固溶+时效处理的合金显微组织均更为均匀,仅固溶处理的合金中β相聚集、ε相减少,固溶+时效处理的合金中β相和ε相逐渐消失,α+η共析体增多;360℃固溶处理随后时效处理的ZA27合金抗拉强度、断后伸长率及硬度最佳,分别为470.7 MPa、7.2%和150.8 HB。ZA27 zinc alloy with 27.27% Al and 2.31% Cu by mass was subjected to solution treating consisting of soaking at temperatures varying from 320 to 380℃ for 1.5 h then water cooling,and to solution treating followed by aging at 125℃ for 1 h,and then was tested for microstructure and mechanical properties,for the purpose of discovering the effect of solution temperature on its structure and properties.The results showed that(a)with the increase in solution temperature,the microstructures of the alloy solution treated and solution treated and then aged all became more uniform,β phase aggregated,and ε phase decreased in the alloy solution treated alone,and β phase and ε phase gradually disappeared,and eutectoid consisting ofαphase andηphase increased in the alloy solution treated and then aged;and(b)the ZA27 alloy solution treated at 360℃ and then aged exhibited such the best mechanical properties as tensile strength of 470.7 MPa,elongation of 7.2% and hardness of 150.8 HB.
