摘 要:基于“KR铁水脱硫→顶底复吹转炉→RH精炼→连铸”生产流程,对无取向电工钢冶炼过程钛元素氧化、还原进行了热力学计算及理论分析,解析了钢液中钛含量的变化规律,确定了其影响因素,并结合冶金过程特点,提出了对策。形成了较为系统的高钛铁水未炉外脱钛条件下的低钛冶炼控制技术,并稳定应用于生产实践。连铸中间包钢液中钛含量从25.03×10^(-6)降低至15.99×10^(-6),钢水钛含量低于30×10^(-6)的炉次百分比从85.7%升高至98.1%,取得了较好的效果。Based on the manufacturing process of“KR hot metal desulfurization→top bottom combined blowing converter→RH refining→continuous casting”,the thermodynamic calculation and theoretical analysis on the oxidation and reduction of titanium elements in the smelting process of non-oriented electrical steel were carried out,the variation law of titanium content in molten steel was analyzed,factors influencing it were determined,and the countermeasures were put forward in combination with the characteristics of metallurgical process.The systematic low titanium smelting control technology for high titanium hot metal without external removal of titanium has been developed and applied stably to production practice.The titanium content in molten steel of continuous casting tundish has decreased from 25.03×10^(-6)to 15.99×10^(-6),and the percentage of heat of the molten steel with titanium content less than 30×10^(-6)has increased from 85.7% to 98.1%,achieving good results.
