摘　　要：[目的/意义]本文旨在助力推进我国政务网站信息无障碍建设,促进构建服务型政府和包容性社会。[方法/过程]从建设体系、服务对象、建设内容几个方面客观梳理我国政务网站信息无障碍建设的现状,同时利用测评工具对我国32个代表性政务网站的信息无障碍建设情况开展技术测评,进而剖析当前面临的问题,并对应提出进一步完善策略。[结果/结论]我国政务网站信息无障碍建设当前存在技术不完备、水平差异大、成效缺评价、观念有局限等问题,未来应从规范技术标准、建立统筹体系、完善评价体系、转变建设观念等方面入手,进一步完善我国政务网站信息无障碍建设。[Purpose/significance]This article aims at facilitating the construction of E-government website information accessibility in China and promoting the service-oriented government and inclusive society.[Method/process]It analyzes the present condition of the E-government accessibility from the perspectives of construction system,service object and content,uses WAVE software to evaluate 32 representative government websites in China,and analyzes the current problems and proposes improving strategies.[Result/conclusion]The information accessibility technology of E-government websites in China is not perfect now,and the corresponding evaluation standard and attitude are insufficient.In order to further improve the construction of E-government websites information accessibility,we can standardize the technical standards,build an overall plan,improve the evaluation system and change the concept of construction.
