教育程度对老年用户手机端健康信息搜寻行为的影响研究——基于海峡两岸老年人的比较分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]本文关注教育程度对老年人手机利用健康信息行为的影响问题,通过对海峡两岸老年人智能手机健康信息搜寻行为的实证分析,验证教育程度对信息利用行为影响的相关性以及两岸的差异性,并据此提出完善策略。[方法/过程]采用实证研究方法,对中国大陆与台湾地区65岁以上的老年人使用智能手机搜寻健康相关信息的行为做比较研究。在研究中,重点针对老年人教育影响因素对于其使用智能手机做健康信息搜寻行为的动机、需求、渠道、搜索、利用及满意度的关系进行实证分析。[结果/结论]研究发现海峡两岸受不同教育程度的老年人对于健康信息搜寻行为的搜寻动机、健康需求、获取渠道、搜索、信息利用、满意度都有显著差异。教育程度对于海峡两岸的老年人更有效地利用健康信息有重要关联及影响。如何能提高老年人使用智能手机的素养,加强对老年人的辅导和培训为重要课题。[Purpose/significance]This paper focuses on the impact of education on the elderly’s behavior of using health information on mobile phones.Through the empirical analysis of the elderly’s behavior of searching for health information on smartphones in China's Mainland and Taiwan,it verifies the relevance of the impact of education on the behavior of using information and the differences between the two sides,and puts forward improvement strategies accordingly.[Method/process]This article uses empirical research methods to compare the behaviors of elderly people over 65 years old in China's Mainland and Taiwan using smartphones to search for health-related information.The study focuses on the relationship and differences between the motivation,demand,channels,seeking,uses,and satisfaction of the elderly’s education influencing factors on their use of smartphones for HISB between China's Mainland and Taiwan.[Result/conclusion]It is found that there are significant differences in different educational levels in the HISB motivation,needs,access channels,search,information utilization and satisfaction of the elderly in both China's Mainland and Taiwan.
