艺术类高校图书馆数字资源建设现状与思考——基于29所艺术类独立本科院校图书馆的调查分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]通过对国内艺术类高校图书馆数字资源现状进行调研,分析其数字资源建设存在的问题,并提出改进措施。[方法/过程]对教育部确定的29所独立设置的本科艺术院校图书馆网站进行调研,通过分析馆藏数量、中外文数字资源、自建特色资源等,指出数字资源导航和检索的局限性增加用户使用难度;资源建设重点未能体现艺术院校的特点特色;资源使用上缺乏有效的服务和推广机制;特色资源未形成共建共享机制;普遍忽视公开获取资源与试用资源。[结果/结论]提出相应对策:建立完善的具有艺术特色的行业资源整合系统;制定合理馆藏服务绩效评估指标体系;形成基于新生教育与信息素养教育相结合的资源推广模式;在特色资源的共建共享基础上发挥艺术院校美育作用;建立艺术类公开获取资源系统集成库。[Purpose/significance]This paper points out the problems in the construction of digital resources in art colleges and universities through the investigation of the present situation of digital resources in art colleges and universities,and puts forward some improving measures.[Method/process]The authors investigate and study the websites of 29 independent undergraduate art colleges and universities established by the Ministry of Education.By analyzing the number of library collections,Chinese and foreign digital resources,the construction of self-built library,etc.,it is pointed out that the limitations of digital resource navigation and retrieval make the resources more difficult for users to use;the key points of resource construction fail to embody the characteristics of art colleges;lacking of effective service and promotion mechanism in resource utilization;the resources did not form the mechanism of co-construction and sharing;open access resources and trial resources are generally ignored.[Result/conclusion]The corresponding countermeasures are put forward,which are establishing and improving resource integration system with characteristics of art industry,developing a reasonable library collection evaluation system,forming a resource service model based on the combination of freshman education and information literacy education,playing the role of aesthetic education on the basis of resource co-construction and sharing,and establishing an integrated open access resources system of art college and university.
