摘 要:目的:使用CBCT研究上下颌前牙在釉牙骨质界(CEJ)根方2 mm处的牙根直径和周围牙槽骨厚度。方法:纳入143例成年汉族患者的CBCT影像资料,测量前牙在CEJ根方2 mm处牙根的近远中和唇舌侧直径以及牙根周围骨厚度。结果:所有前牙的唇舌径均大于近远中径(P<0.01),除下颌中切牙和侧切牙的近远中径外,其余前牙牙根直径均为男性大于女性(P<0.05)。下颌中切牙和侧切牙舌侧骨厚度少于唇侧,其余牙则为唇侧骨更厚(P<0.05),不同性别之间的骨厚度没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:前牙区的牙根直径存在性别差异,牙槽骨厚度有牙位的差异性。Objective:To measure the root dimensions and surrounding alveolar bone thickness of anterior teeth at 2 mm below cementum-enamel junction(CEJ)by CBCT.Methods:CBCT scan data of 143 Chinese patients were included in this study.The labiopalatal and mesiodital root dimensions,the surrounding alveolar bone thickness were measured at 2 mm below CEJ.Results:The labiopalatal root dimensions were larger than the mesiodital root dimensions in all anterior teeth area(P<0.01).Males had a larger root dimension than that of females in anterior teeth area(P<0.05),except for mesiodital root dimensions of the central incisor and lateral incisor in mandible.Lingual alveolar bone thickness was thinner than that of labial in the area of mandibular central incisors and lateral incisors(P<0.05),while other teeth in anterior region had thinner alveolar bone in labial sides(P<0.05).No gender difference was found in bone thickness in anterior teeth area(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gender difference exists in root dimensions in anterior teeth.The specificity of alveolar bone thickness exists in anterior teeth region.
