摘  要:中大功率的LED照明驱动器一般都包含前级Boost PFC变换器。全面比较两种常用的前级Boost PFC变换器——采用SiC二极管的电流连续模式(CCM)的Boost PFC变换器和采用Si二极管的交错并联临界模式(CRM)的Boost PFC变换器。480 W LED照明驱动器样机的实验结果表明:在后级DC-DC变换器相同的情况下,前级采用SiC二极管CCM Boost PFC变换器的样机的THD和PF性能更优越、成本更低、体积更小,而前级采用交错并联CRM Boost PFC变换器的样机的电感电流纹波更小、效率略高。High-power LED lighting drivers generally include pre-stage Boost PFC converters.Two kinds of pre-stage Boost PFC converters are compared comprehensively.One is CCM Boost PFC converter with SiC diode and another is interleaved CRM Boost PFC converter with Si diodes.The experimental results of two 480 W prototypes show that with the same the post-stage DC-DC converters in the latter stage,the prototype including the pre-stage CCM Boost PFC converter with the SiC diode had better THD and PF performances,a lower cost,and a smaller volum.While the prototype including the pre-stage interleaved CRM Boost PFC converter with Si diodes had smaller inductor current ripples and slightly higher efficiencies.
