黄芪生脉对气虚和阴虚症的治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目前,黄芪生脉系列在临床上已得到较好的应用,考虑其药理数据上的缺乏,围绕黄芪生脉饮(HSD)和黄芪生脉颗粒(HSG)对“气虚”“阴虚”症状的治疗作用进行研究。将小鼠分为正常组、模型对照组、给药组和阳性对照组,分别测定并分析小鼠力竭时间、糖原质量分数、吞噬指数、碳粒廓清指数以及磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)的浓度。实验结果表明:与模型组相比,给药组小鼠力竭时间显著增加;给药后小鼠cAMP浓度显著降低、cGMP显著升高、肝糖原及肌糖原质量分数均显著升高;气虚小鼠给药后吞噬指数、碳粒廓清指数显著升高。因此,HSD,HSG能调节cAMP和cGMP的动态平衡,恢复肌糖原并增加肝糖原储备量,改善气阴两虚。At present,Huangqi Shengmai series have been applied well in clinical practice.Considering the lack of pharmacological data,the therapeutic effects of Huangqi Shengmai decoction(HSD)and Huangqi Shengmai granule(HSG)on symptoms of“qi deficiency”and“yin deficiency”were studied.The mice were divided into normal group,model control group,administration group and positive control group.The exhaustion time,glycogen content,phagocytosis index,carbon particle clearance index and the concentration of adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)and guanosine cyclic phosphate(cGMP)were measured and analyzed respectively.The experimental results showed that compared with the model group,the exhaustion time of mice in the administration group increased significantly,the concentration of cAMP decreased significantly;cGMP increased significantly;the mass fraction of glycogen in liver and muscle increased significantly;the phagocytosis index and carbon clearance index of mice with qi deficiency increased significantly after administration.Therefore,HSD and HSG can regulate the dynamic balance of cAMP and cGMP,restore muscle glycogen,increase liver glycogen reserve and improve deficiency of both qi and yin.
