锚钉缝合与张力带钢丝固定治疗尺骨茎突骨折的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的比较尺骨茎突骨折经锚钉缝合与张力带钢丝固定治疗的临床疗效。方法抽取2019年1月至2021年12月南阳南石医院收治的80例尺骨茎突骨折患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组接受张力带钢丝固定治疗,研究组接受锚钉缝合固定。分析两组临床疗效、腕关节功能、疼痛和并发症发生情况。结果研究组总有效率(95.00%,38/40)高于对照组(77.50%,31/40),P<0.05。治疗后,研究组腕关节活动度大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(5.00%,2/40)低于对照组(20.00%,8/40),P<0.05。结论对尺骨茎突骨折患者开展锚钉缝合固定,不仅能加快患者的腕关节功能恢复和疼痛缓解速度,还能有效提高治疗的安全性,治疗效果显著。Objective To compare the clinical effects of anchor suture and tension band wire fixation on ulnar styloid fractures.Methods A total of 80 patients with ulnar styloid fractures treated in Nanshi Hospital of Nanyang from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received tension band wire fixation,and the study group received anchor suture fixation.The clinical efficacy,wrist function,pain and complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.00%,38/40)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%,31/40),P<0.05.The wrist joint mobility of the study group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(5.00%,2/40)was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.00%,8/40),P<0.05.Conclusions Anchor suture fixation for patients with ulnar styloid process fractures can not only speed up the recovery of wrist joint function and pain relief,but also effectively improve the safety of the treatment,with significant therapeutic effects.
