舒筋通络汤联合针刺百会穴治疗颈椎病性高血压的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨舒经通络汤联合针刺百会穴治疗颈椎病性高血压的临床效果。方法抽取2019年6月至2020年6月河南省中医药研究附属医院收治的40~50岁因颈椎病导致高血压的100例患者进行研究,采用随机抽样的方法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。两组均接受针刺百会穴治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用舒经通络中药汤剂进行治疗。经过1年的连续治疗后,采集患者的24 h动态血压相关数据(收缩压、舒张压、血压负荷和血压变异指数等)以及颈椎功能改善情况等相关资料。结果治疗1年后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、血压负荷、血压变异指数及颈椎功能等均有所改善,且观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(86.00%,43/50)高于对照组(64.00%,32/50),P<0.05。结论舒筋通络汤联合针刺百会穴可以有效治疗因颈椎病引发的高血压疾病且疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Shujing Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture at Baihui point on cervical spondylotic hypertension.Methods One hundred patients aged 40-50 years with hypertension caused by cervical spondylosis were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Henan Academy of Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020 for research.They were divided into observation group and control group by random sampling method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received acupuncture at Baihui Point.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Shujing Tongluo traditional Chinese medicine decoction.After a year of continuous treatment,the data related to 24 h ambulatory blood pressure(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood pressure load and blood pressure variation index)and the improvement of cervical function were collected.Results After a year of treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood pressure load,blood pressure variation index and cervical spine function of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group(86.00%,43/50)was higher than that of the contol group(64.00%,32/50),P<0.05.Conclusions Shujin Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture at Baihui Point can effectively treat hypertension caused by cervical spondylosis,with significant therapeutic effects.
