摘 要:为了降低含油污泥中原油的含量,提高采油率,制备了一种由两种聚醚类表面活性剂复配、与正庚烷、水混合而成的乳液。将所获得乳液用于含油污泥处理,在降低含油污泥中含油量的同时实现了原油的回收。通过改变配制乳液时油相质量占比,处理油泥的乳液用量、搅拌温度和搅拌时间,可使得泥沙中残油率降至2%以下。利用光学显微镜观察了处理前后油泥的油相、水相和固相,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和红外光谱(IR)对处理前后泥沙的形貌和性能进行了表征。研究获得了含油污泥最佳处理条件:乳液中正庚烷质量和水质量比例为2∶8,搅拌温度为40℃,搅拌时间为40 min,油泥质量与乳液体积比为1.0 g/9.0 mL。处理之后的油泥残油率为0.92%,且泥沙分散性较好。In order to reduce the content of crude oil in oily sludge and improve the oil recovery,a stable emulsion was prepared by mixing two kinds of polyether surfactants,n-heptane and water.The obtained emulsion was used for the treatment of oily sludge and managed to reduce the oil content in oily sludge and recover the crude oil.The ratio of oil phase mass,the amount of emulsion,stirring temperature and time were changed to make the residual oil ratio in oily sludge reach less than 2%.The oil,water and solid phase of the sludge before and after treatment were observed by optical microscope,and the morphology and properties of the residual sludge were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and infrared spectrum(IR).The optimal treatment conditions were obtained as follows:the ratio of n-heptane to water was 2∶8,the stirring temperature was 40℃,the stirring time was 40 min,and the ratio of sludge to emulsion volume was 1.0 g/9.0 mL.After treatment,the residual oil content of the sludge was 0.92%and the dispersion of the sediment was good.
