运动康复结合针药在冠心病康复中的应用意义及对心功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨运动康复结合针药在冠心病康复中的作用。方法 选取2017年2月至2020年2月间为郑州市第七人民医院心脏康复科的80例冠心病患者进行研究,经抽签法分组,40例对照组用运动康复,40例观察组联合针药疗法。比较两组临床康复效果、治疗前后中医证候积分、心功能、运动心肺功能、血清指标和生活质量。结果 观察组康复有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组治疗前中医证候积分、心功能、运动心肺功能和血清指标差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组治疗后左室射血分数、峰值摄氧量、最大代谢当量、无氧阈、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组,中医证候积分、左室舒张末期内径、左室后壁厚度、胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 联合应用运动康复和针药疗法,临床康复效果明显提高,可降低中医证候积分,可改善冠心病患者心功能和运动心肺功能,调节血清指标作用明显,可对患者生活质量起到改善作用,可临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation combined with acupuncture in the rehabilitation of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)in the Department of Cardiac Rehabilitation of Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected for this study.They were divided by lottery method,the control group received exercise rehabilitation(N=40),and the observation group received acupuncture therapy(N=40).The clinical rehabilitation effect,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,cardiac function,cardiopulmonary function,serum indexes and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in TCM syndrome score,heart function,exercise cardiopulmonary function and serum indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,peak oxygen uptake,maximum metabolic equivalent,anaerobic threshold and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the TCM syndrome score,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular posterior wall thickness,cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of exercise rehabilitation and acupuncture and Chinese medicine therapy can significantly improve the clinical rehabilitation effect,reduce the TCM syndrome score,improve the heart function and exercise cardiopulmonary function of patients with coronary heart disease,regulate serum indexes,and improve the quality of li
