摘  要:甲基营养菌是一类能够利用有机碳一(C1)作为唯一碳源和能源进行生长的微生物,其中心代谢具有特殊性、复杂性和多样性的特点,是研究C1同化、异化和合成代谢的重要对象。近年来,随着甲基营养菌的系统组学研究技术日趋成熟,分子遗传改造工具和分子元器件的不断开发和完善,研究者们对甲基营养菌中心代谢过程和调控机制的认识逐步深化。基于此,系统阐述了甲基营养菌依赖于稀土元素的代谢调控机制,以及甲烷氧化菌中心代谢的新认知和甲醇利用菌途径工程的新策略,为进一步对甲基营养菌的代谢改造和高值产品开发提供一定的参考。Methylotrophs are a group of microorganisms which can use the organic single carbon(C1)as the sole carbon and energy source for growth.The central metabolism of methylotrophs was characterized by its particularity,complexity and diversity,and it was important to research its assimilation,disassimilation and anabolism of C1 for the further application.Recently,with the application of the system biology,developed genetic tools and molecule elements in methylotrophic bacteria,researchers have gradually deepened the understanding about its central metabolism and regulation mechanism.On this basis,the new advances about metabolic regulation of methylotrophic bacteria associated with rare earth elements,the central metabolism in methanotrophic bacteria and metabolic engineering in methanol⁃utilizing bacteria were summarized.The further upgrading of metabolic engineering and high⁃valued chemicals production in methylotrophs were contributed.
