冷战后日韩关系的演变:从“伙伴”到“邻国”

摘　　要：总体上,冷战结束以来,日韩关系经历了从“友好”与“合作”到“对立”与“冲突”的演变,政治上由“紧密”到“疏远”,经济上由“合作”到“制裁”,文化上由“吸引”到“排斥”,两国对对方国家的定位也从“伙伴”转变为“邻国”。日韩关系的转变受历史因素、经济因素、相关国家因素以及领导人因素等多种因素的影响。历史因素是影响日韩关系演变的主要因素,涉及独岛(竹岛)领土争端问题、“慰安妇”问题以及二战劳工判决问题等。经济因素是影响两国关系的重要因素,特别是2019年7月以来的日韩贸易争端以及近年来两国在出口贸易领域的竞争激化。美国、中国及朝鲜等相关国家也是影响日韩关系的重要因素。此外,两国领导人对对方国家的认知等也是影响日韩关系的重要因素。日韩关系的恶化对日韩两国以及美国、中国和朝鲜等相关国家以及东北亚区域合作都产生了重要影响。In general, since the end of the Cold War, the relations between Japan and ROK have gone through the evolution from “friendship” and “cooperation” to “confrontation” and “conflict”. In politics, the two countries experienced the transformation from “close” to “estranged”, and in economy, from “cooperation” to “sanctions”, culturally, the two countries experienced a shift from “attraction”to “exclusion”. the two countries have also shifted from being “partners” to being “neighbours”. The transformation of Japan-ROK relations is influenced by many factors, such as historical factors, economic factors, relevant national factors and leadership factors. The historical factor is the main factor influencing the transformation of the relations between Japan and ROK, which involves the territorial disputes in Liancourt Rocks, the comfort women issue and forced labor judgments. Economic factors are an important factor affecting the relationship between the two countries, mainly related to the trade disputes between Japan and ROK since July 2019 and the intensification of competition between the two countries in export trade in recent years. The United States, China, DPRK and other relevant countries are also an important factor affecting Japan-ROK relations. In addition, the two countries’ leaders’ cognition of each other’s country is also an important factor influencing Japan-ROK relations. The deterioration of Japan-ROK relations has had an important impact on Japan and ROK, the United States, China, DPRK and other relevant countries, as well as regional cooperation in Northeast Asia.
