摘 要:本文通过胶砂配合比试验,对胶砂试件进行流动度、胶砂强度的测试,并通过脆性系数、胶砂强度活性指数、水化活性贡献率等分析方法,研究掺凝灰岩粉对水泥基材料性能的影响,并对凝灰岩粉的水化活性进行评价。结果表明,随着凝灰岩粉掺量的增加,胶砂流动度呈现先增大后减小的趋势;胶砂抗压强度及抗折强度都随凝灰岩粉掺量的增加而有所降低,而随着凝灰岩粉掺量的增加,抗压强度发展系数和抗折强度发展系数在水化后期则呈增大趋势;凝灰岩粉的掺入,使得水泥基材料的脆性系数降低,有利于改善水泥基材料的韧性及其抗裂性;凝灰岩粉早期水化活性相对较低,而后期水化活性随龄期增长有所提高,但凝灰岩粉掺量过大时不利于其活性效应的发挥。This paper tests the inlet fluidity of colloidal mortar test-piece and the strength of colloidal mortar through the mixing ratio experiment of colloidal mortar,studies the influence of adding tuff powder on the properties of cement-based materials and evaluates the hydration activity of tuff powder,using analysis methods including brittleness coefficient,the activity index of colloidal mortar strength,and the contribution rate of hydration activity.The results show that the fluidity of mortar increases at first and then decreases with the increase of tuff powder content.The compressive strength and flexural strength of mortar decrease with the increase of tuff powder content,but with the increase of tuff powder content,the compressive strength development coefficient and flexural strength development coefficient increase in the later stage of hydration.The addition of tuff powder reduces the brittleness coefficient of cement-based materials,which is beneficial to improve the toughness and crack resistance of cement-based materials.The hydration activity of tuff powder is relatively low in the early stage,but it increases with the increase of age in the later stage,but too much tuff powder is not conducive to the exertion of its activity effect.
