摘 要:高校课程教学创新和师范类专业认证大背景下,如何围绕师范认证三理念,避免跟教材讲课、思政教育机械化、片面关注教情、知识堆砌以及目标达成意识缺失的问题,是教学改革必须面对的挑战。聚焦师范类英语专业英语教学论课程,采用RLDAD创新教学模式,即课前整合准备、课前生活化导入、课前量化学情、课中小组活动化和课后学习成果量化,以应对教改难题。通过课例前后学习效果对比和访谈,发现该模式对于师范生知能产出有量化促进,受访者亦表示该学习体验过程对自己产生了积极影响。因此,RLDAD教学模式在提升师范类教学质量方面具有一定的参考价值。In the context of the national higher education teaching innovation reform and the accreditation of teacher education programs, the challenge that the teaching stuff have to cope with is how to handle well the problems of one-textbook-only teaching material, the mechanical combination of ideological and political education, the one-sided consideration of teaching analysis, the mere lecturing of declarative knowledge, and the unawareness for the learning goal attainment, while taking the three-notion policy of the Teachers Professional Accreditation System into consideration. This research focused on a Teacher Education Major curricular course and experimented on the RLDAD Model, which is composed of five stages including resource integration, life-related lead-in, data-related student analysis, application-based activities and data-related production check. This paper applied the method of teaching case to test the effect and the method of interview to exam the reasons behind. The results showed a significant improvement in leaning goal attainment after the lesson, and the interviewees stated that the model had a positive influence on their achievements. Thus the RLDAD Model has been proved valuable for quality enhancement in pre-service teacher educating system.
