新中国成立初期甘肃建党工作的历史考察

摘　　要：新中国成立初期,甘肃建党工作的基础“一强多弱”“整体薄弱”。中共甘肃省委紧密结合整风整党运动,采取分区、分期、分批的办法,着重组织建党,围绕甘肃建党建政工作,建立健全了全省党的基层组织;采取有计划、有步骤、积极慎重的方式,着重思想建党,发展、扩充并壮大了全省的党员队伍;按照积极准备,逐步分管的原则,采取分部、分级的方式,着重作风建党,内外兼修强化了全省党员干部的教育管理工作。建党工作的顺利开展,有效增强了党在甘肃的影响力、凝聚力、战斗力,确保党始终成为甘肃经济社会各项建设的领导核心。In the early days of the founding of New China,the foundation of Party building in Gansu Province was“strong but weak”and“overall weak”.The CPC Gansu Committee closely combined with the rectification movement,adopted the method of zoning,staging and batch,focused on the organization of Party building,centering on the work of Party building and government building in Gansu,and established and improved the grass-roots Party organizations in the province.The Party has developed,expanded and strengthened the party members in the province by taking a planned,step-by-step and active and prudent way.In accordance with the principle of active preparation,step by step in charge,adopt branch,grade way,focus on style building the Party,both inside and outside to strengthen the education and management of Party members and cadres in the province.The smooth development of the Party construction has effectively enhanced the influence,cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party in Gansu,making the Party the leading core in the economic and social construction of Gansu.
