摘 要:我国东海海城每年遭受多起台风影响,对海上油气田平台生产作业造成巨大安全威胁。本文通过对近30年的西太平洋台风历史数据统计分析,发现影响东海海域海上油气田平台红色警戒区的台风生成源地主要集中于菲律宾以东的西北太平洋海城,最大凤力强度多集中于12级及以上,凤力强度等级普遍偏强,年度平均发生5起左右,且近年来有逐年增多的趋势,每年集中发生在7-9月份,以8月份最多。通过对台凤历史数据开展海上油气田风险影响统计特征分析,将分析结果作为台风预报预警技术的有效补充手段,对台凤提前加以防范。The East China Sea encounters many typhoons every year,which poses a huge security threat to the production of offshore oil and gas platforms.Through the statistical analysis of the historical data of typhoons in the western Pacific Ocean in the past 30 years,it is found that the main source of typhoons affecting the red alert zone of offshore oil and gas platform in the East China Sea is mainly concentrated in the northwest Pacific ocean east of the Philippines,the maximum wind intensity is mostly concentrated in the northwest Pacific Ocean waters east of the Philippines,and the wind intensity is generally strong,with an average of about 5 cases per year.In recent years,there is a trend of increasing year by year.The concentration occurs in July-September every year,with the most in August.Analyzing the statistical characteristics of the risk impact of offshore oil and gas platform based on the historical typhoon data is an effective supplementary means of typhoon forecasting and early warning technology.Offshore oil and gas platform in the Fast China Sea shall pay more attention to the typhoon with such characteristics and take precautions in advance.
