摘  要:借鉴相关领域“一张图”建设经验,从深海数据应用需求角度出发,基于深海数据资源现状和管理工作实践,提出基于深海空间数据的数字深海“一张图”总体架构和建设内容。汇集整理海洋基拙地理底图、测站测线、海底地形地貌、海洋重磁、物理海洋、海洋生物与生态、海洋化学、深海矿产资源和海底视像等数据,以及海洋权益、海上构筑物、海底电缆、海上关键通道、重要文档报告等专题信息,并对其进行适当的空间矢量化改造,通过基于GIS的深海空间数据管理系统,面向深海态势分析、深海勘探工作部署规划、深海矿产资源潜力评价、深海环境管理等应用需求,提供不同主题、不同视角、不同区域的多样化综合展示和可视分析,为深海活动提供数据信息和辅助决策支持。Rased on the experience of"One Map"construction in related fields,the overall architecture and construction content of digital deep sea"One Map"based on deep sea spatial data are proposed from the perspective of deep sea data application demand and the current situation and management practice of deep sea data resources.The"One Map"would integrate and sort out marine geographic base map,station line,data from a variety of disciplines like seabed topography,marine magnetic,physical oceanography,marine biology and ecology,marine chemistry,deep sea mineral resources and underwater video,as well as important document report and project information on maritime rights and interests,offshore structure,key channel,and submarine cable,etc.,Then it will carry on space vector transform,and provide integrated display and visual analysis of different themes,perspectives and regions through the deep ocean spatial data management system based on GIS,providing data and information and decision support for deep sea situation analysis,deep sea exploration deployment plan,deep sea mineral resources potential evaluation,deep sea environment management,and other application requirements.
