摘　　要：在梳理总结辽宁省对外直接投资(OFDI)发展现状、特征及创新能力发展现状的基础上,基于OFDI逆向技术溢出的视角分析其影响该省区域创新能力的因素,并运用模糊综合评价分析法研究辽宁省各市的创新能力,为辽宁省区域创新能力的提升及经济发展提供建议。On the basis of summarizing the development status,characteristics and innovation capacity of the development of outward foreign direct investment(OFDI)in Liaoning Province,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the regional innovation capacity of the province based on the perspective of OFDI reverse technology spillover.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis.Method is used to study the innovation capabilities of cities in Liaoning province,so as to provide suggestions for the improvement of regional innovation capabilities and economic development of Liaoning province.
