摘　　要：习近平总书记关于工人阶级和工会工作重要论述的内涵十分丰富,而且在不断发展,社会各界对这一重要论述的认识也在不断加深。出于职业习惯和兴趣使然,笔者对这一问题给予了持续关注,特别是在学习和参与起草相关文件时不断思考、探究,积累了一些心得。本文紧扣习近平总书记关于工人阶级和工会工作重要论述所阐述的两个主体对象——工人阶级和工会,以此为锚,读原著、学原文、悟原理,在占有大量翔实、第一手资料的基础上,对该重要论述进行了重新梳理,作了新的概括和阐释,创新性地提出了“三观、十三新论断”的理论阐释框架。General Secretary Xi Jinping s important exposition on the work of the working class and trade unions is bountiful and continues to develop while the understanding of this important exposition by all sectors of society continues to deepen.Driven by professional habits and interests,the author has paid continuous attention to this topic and accumulated certain perceptions through continuous thinking and exploration especially in the study and participation in the drafting of relevant documents.This paper closely follows the two main objects expounded by the important exposition,namely the working class and the trade union,and uses this as an anchor to read the original works,learn the original texts and understand the principles.On the basis of possessing a large number of detailed and first-hand information,this paper reorganizes the important expositions,makes new generalizations and interpretations,and innovatively puts forward the theoretical interpretation framework of“three views and thirteen new arguments”.
