摘  要:为提高混凝土裂缝远程监测效果,采用红外热成像技术对大坝心墙河床段基座混凝土裂缝进行远程监控试验。首先在混凝土表面铺设导电膜布,分析导电膜的电阻拉敏效应;然后通过红外热成像监测仪获取红外图像,计算测试目标与背景目标的温差,确定缺陷检测情况;最后采用傅里叶变换与K-means聚类结合的方法处理红外热图,实现大坝心墙河床段基座混凝土裂缝远程红外监测。试验结果表明,所提出的大坝心墙河床段基座混凝土裂缝远程红外监测方法能够生成较为准确的红外图像,并且能够较准确地检测出裂缝的长度,最大误差在5 mm左右,有效提高了远程监测效果。In order to improve the effect of remote infrared monitoring of concrete fissures, a remote infrared monitoring method for concrete fissures at the base of the riverbed section of the dam core wall was designed. firstly, a conductive film cloth was laid on the concrete surface and the resistance pull-sensing effect of the conductive film was analyzed. Then, an infrared image through an infrared thermal imaging monitor was obtained, and the defect detection situation was determined through calculating the temperature difference between the test target and the background target. On this basis, the Fourier transform is used. The method combined with K-means clustering is used to process the infrared heat map to realize remote infrared monitoring of concrete cracks in the base of the riverbed section of the dam core wall. The experimental results showed that the proposed remote infrared monitoring method for concrete cracks in the base of the riverbed section of the dam core could generate more accurate infrared images, and could more accurately monitor the length of the cracks. The maximum error is about 5 mm, which effectively improves the long-distance infrared monitoring effect.
