摘 要:通过对火工品点火药头桥丝区涂覆点火药工艺的技术进行研究,发现采用一定浓度的点火药涂覆药头时,桥丝周围会出现缩孔,缩孔直径约为200μm,该缩孔可能对火工品点火药头发火的可靠性产生影响。采用微焦点CT成像检测技术对涂覆药头形成的缩孔进行检测,另外,在采用微焦点CT成像检测技术的基础上,改变点火药调制浓度,改善药头涂覆工艺,能够有效避免涂覆药头形成缩孔而影响产品发火的可靠性。Through the research on the technology of coating the ignition powder in the bridge wire area of the ignition powder head, it is found that when a certain concentration of ignition powder is used to coat the powder head, shrinkage holes will appear around the bridge wire, and the diameter of the shrinkage hole is 200 μm. Shrinkage cavities may have an impact on the reliability of the ignition of the pyrotechnic charge. The micro-focus CT imaging technology is used to detect the shrinkage cavity formed by the coating head. In addition, on the basis of the micro-focus CT imaging detection, the modulation concentration of the ignition powder is changed to improve the coating process of the head, that method can effectively avoid the head forms shrinkage holes which affects the ignition reliability of the product.
