政策文件所提及图书情报学论文的分布特点研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]探讨图书情报学论文被政策文件提及的情况,对于揭示图书情报学在辅助政策制定中的使用具有重要意义。[方法/过程]基于期刊引证报告确定了国际图书情报学期刊列表,通过Altmetric数据库获取了相应的政策文件提及数据,通过Web of Science收集了相应的文献题录数据,进而开展统计分析和聚类分析。[结果/结论]从期刊分布来看,图书情报学领域中Scientometrics、Government Information Quarterly、Research Evaluation是被政策文件提及最多的三种期刊;从国家分布来看,图书情报学领域中来自澳大利亚、美国和卢森堡的论文获得政策文件最多的关注;从主题分布来看,图书情报学领域中关于开放信息社区、信息系统发展、信息使用行为和信息素养教育的相关论文获得政策文件最多的关注和参考。[Purpose/significance]It is of great significance to explore how library and information science(LIS)papers are men⁃tioned in policy documents to reveal the usage of LIS in policy decision-making.[Method/process]The study determines the list of in⁃ternational LIS journals based on the journal citation reports(JCR),collects corresponding policy document data from Altmetric database and retrieves corresponding bibliographic data from Web of Science,and then carries out statistical analysis and cluster analysis.[Re⁃sult/conclusion]From the perspective of journal distribution,Scientometrics,Government Information Quarterly,Research Evaluation are the three top mentioned journals;in terms of country distribution,LIS papers from Australia,the United States and Luxembourg receives the most attention in policy documents;from the perspective of topic distribution,LIS researches about open information communi⁃ty,information system development,information usage behaviors and information literacy education get the most attention and references from policy documents.
