摘  要:[目的/意义]旨在提高数字图书馆服务质量,以满足用户的交互需求。[方法/过程]基于大数据平台的数字图书馆智能化交互服务,将图书馆与大数据处理技术相结合开展具有移动化和智能化的交互服务。交互评估模型以移动情境、信息情境、服务情境为一级指标,结合其相对应的二、三级指标构建数字图书馆交互评估指标体系,采用基于聚类的群组层次分析法创建判断矩阵确定数字图书馆交互评估指标权重,结合模糊评估矩阵实现大数据时代数字图书馆交互性能评估。[结果/结论]该模型可有效评估数字图书馆交互性能,可操作性强;且应用后可有效提升存在恶意用户时,数字图书馆信息资源交互效果。[Purpose/significance] The paper intends to improve the service quality and meet the users’ interactive demand.[Method/process]Based on big data platform,the intelligent interactive service of digital library carries out mobile and intelligent interactive services through combining the library with big data processing technology. Interactive evaluation model takes mobile situation,information situation and service situation as the primary indicators,constructs the interactive evaluation index system of digital library combining with their corresponding secondary and tertiary indicators,creates the judgment matrix and determines the weight of the interactive evaluation index of digital library with the group analytic hierarchy process based on clustering,and realizes interactive performance evaluation of digital library in the era of big data combined with the fuzzy evaluation matrix. [Result/conclusion]The experimental results show that the model can effectively evaluate the interactive performance of digital library and has a strong operability;and can effectively improve the interaction effect of digital library information resources when there are malicious users.
