摘  要:梅州抽水蓄能电站位于广东省梅州市五华县南部的龙村镇黄狮村境内,电站规划装机容量2400 MW,分两期建设,其中一期装机容量1200 MW,安装4台单机容量为300 MW的单级立轴单转速混流可逆式机组。厂房为地下式厂房,主厂房洞室开挖总长度为173.15 m。主机间安装4台单机容量为300 MW的可逆式水轮水泵发电电动机组,主机间右端布置安装场,安装间地面高程为EL.330.80 m,主机间左端布置机电副厂房。文章主要介绍梅州抽水蓄能电站机组总装工序优化后快速高效质优工艺技术,希望此技术在类似水电发电机组安装、检修过程中起到借鉴的作用。Meizhou Pumped Storage Power Station is located in Huangshi Village,Longcun Town,southern Wuhua County,Meizhou City,Guangdong Province.The planned installed capacity of the power station is 2400 MW.It is constructed in two phases,among which the installed capacity of the first phase is 1200 MW.Four single-stage vertical shaft single speed mixed flow reversible unitswas installed,each has a single unit capacity of 300 MW.The powerhouse is an underground workshop,and the total excavation length of the main powerhouse cavern is 173.15 m.Four reversible water pump turbine generator motor units with a unit capacity of 300 MW are installed in the main engine room.An installation yard is arranged at the right end of the main engine room.The ground elevation of the installation room is EL.330.80 m.An electromechanical auxiliary powerhouse is arranged at the left end of the main engine room.This paper mainly introduces the fast,efficient and high-quality technology after optimization of the unit assembly process of Meizhou Pumped Storage Power Station,hoping that this technology can play a reference role in the installation and maintenance of similar hydropower generating units.
