摘  要:合成了一种新型的成核剂胡椒酸苯甲酰肼(PABH),通过熔融共混技术制备了胡椒酸苯甲酰肼改性聚乳酸(PLLA)材料(PLLA/PABH),研究了PABH对PLLA非等温结晶行为的影响。结果表明,PABH可以作为异相成核剂显著改善PLLA的结晶性能。非等温结晶测试显示,PABH能促进PLLA的熔融降温结晶。当PABH质量分数为3%时,有最佳的结晶促进效应,但降温速率的增加会削弱PABH对PLLA的结晶成核作用。冷结晶测试表明,随着PABH含量的增加,其冷结晶峰会向低温方向移动并且其冷结晶焓也降低。A new nucleating agent N′-benzoic piperonylic acid hydrazide(PABH) was synthesized.and the PABH-nucleated PLLA was prepared through melting blend technology.The effect of PABH on the non-isothermal crystallization behavior of PLLA was studied.The results showed that PABH can be used as heterogeneous nucleating agent to significantly improve the crystallization properties of PLLA.The melt-crystallization process showed that the PABH could significantly accelerate the crystallization of PLLA in cooling,and the 3 wt% PABH exhibited the best the nucleation effect for PLLA.However,the increasing of cooling rate weakened the nucleation ability of PABH for PLLA.The cool-crystallization showed that the cold-crystallization peak shifted toward the lower temperature and cold-crystallization enthalpy decreased with increasing of PABH concentration.
