摘 要:对于复杂的煤气化还原SO_(2)体系,采用热力学软件对其主要的生成物以及关键影响因素进行探索,以4种不同的影响参数为研究对象,利用FactSage软件进行了模拟研究。结果表明:在流化床煤气化还原SO_(2)的过程中,SO_(2)主要被还原成H_(2)S,其次为COS和极少量的CS_(2),温度的降低、蒸汽煤质量比(H_(2)O/C)和碳硫比(C/SO_(2))的提升对H_(2)S的产量增加有利,合适的氧碳比(O_(2)/C)对SO_(2)的还原至关重要。For the complex coal gasification SO_(2)reduction system,thermodynamic software can be used to explore its main products and key influencing factors.In this paper,four different influencing parameters were used as the research object,and FactSage software was used for simulation research.It was concluded that in the process of reducing SO_(2)by fluidized bed coal gasification,SO_(2)was mainly reduced to H_(2)S,followed by COS,and a very small amount of CS_(2).The decreasing of temperature and increasing of steam-coal mass ratio and carbon-to-sulfur ratio were beneficial to the increase of H_(2)S production,and proper oxygen-to-carbon ratio was essential for the reduction of SO_(2).
